Job Description
Our client is a corporation with it owned and leased property who is currently looking for a talent to join them.
Job responsibilities:
- Carry out the day-to-day functions of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management
- Assure that all owned and leased property in country meet the safety requirements
- Maintain and enhance appropriate and effective systems in respect of Occupational Safety & Health (OHS)
- Provide guidance and direction for planning, implementation and operation of Safety Management System
- Monitor daily activities in compliance with the Hong Kong, and other international legislations, with respect to OHS
- Conduct accident/incident investigation and propose remedial action
- Prepare safety-related documentation
- Provide safety advice and internal training
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in facilities management, environmental safety, construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance or construction field performing repair work or in the field of occupational safety, include work experience as a construction supervisor or quality control assurance inspector with experience in managing people and resources.
- Standard level of computer skills to include specialized software, database management, spreadsheets, etc.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and oversee multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Holder of a valid Class I driver's license
