Job responsibilities:

• Carry out the day-to-day functions of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management
• Assure that all owned and leased property in country meet the safety requirements
• Maintain and enhance appropriate and effective systems in respect of Occupational Safety & Health (OHS)
• Provide guidance and direction for planning, implementation and operation of Safety Management System
• Monitor daily activities in compliance with the Hong Kong, and other international legislations, with respect to OHS
• Conduct accident/incident investigation and propose remedial action
• Prepare safety-related documentation
• Provide safety advice and internal training

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in facilities management, environmental safety, construction, engineering, or architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance or construction field performing repair work or in the field of occupational safety, include work experience as a construction supervisor or quality control assurance inspector with experience in managing people and resources.
• Standard level of computer skills to include specialized software, database management, spreadsheets, etc.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and oversee multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Holder of a valid Class I driver's license
