Job Description
Our client is a HK well-known properties developer with stable working environment and currently looking for the talents to join them.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Offering quality customer services to shoppers and tourists.
- Handling inquiries and complaints at the information counter.
- Providing operational support for the loyalty program.
- Participating in various promotional activities.
- Handle the membership related matters.
- Manage the VIP concierge areas in an organized ways.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- HKDSE/ HKALE or above
- Passionate in retail and hospitality work
- Minimum 1 year’s customer facing experience in shopping malls / premium lounge / hotels / club house / commercial buildings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners,
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Fresh graduate with some part-time customer service experiences will also be considered.
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer or Supervisor
