Job Description
Our client, a well-known buying office, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
- Production monitoring and quality system check on site at our supplier’s factory (mainly in China)
- Identify the control points / potential risks at production level during new product development phase
- Involve in defining quality test plan for QC inspection
- Give guidelines and advice to factories such as techniques, possible problems, and materials use to keep improve the quality level of our suppliers
- Provide technical support during the production process in the factory to adhere the required quality for final goods
- Coordinate and communicate quality issues among technical department in EU headquarter, HK teams and factories
- Regular review of quality level of supplier and drive for improvements
- Support and follow-up aftersales complaint / inspection findings with our supplier / EU headquarter
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
- Min 3 years experience in manufacturing of Small Domestic Appliances, Coffee Machines is a plus
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing process and solid knowledge quality control
- Exposure in manufacturing company and buying office preferable
- Good knowledge of European markets and international quality standard such as AQL
- Willing to travel in China
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
