Job Description
Our client is EU based 3PL with 60-70 staff in Hong Kong. To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Customer Services Team in Hong Kong:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with overseas agents, carriers and co-loaders
- Follow up shipment / delivery schedule
- Answer customers' enquiries and handle complaints
- Handle pre-alert and general correspondence
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Freight Forwarder / Logistic Co. / 3PL / 4PL
- Form 5 or above
- Good knowledge of I/E shipment & delivery arrangement and Custom Declaration
- Proficiency in MS Office or ERP / SAP / WMS system
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
