Job Description

To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidates to join the Administration Team in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform overall personal and secretarial duties to Director
  • Job more focus on Director's family and deal with his family affairs
  • Manage daily schedule for his kids, company drivers and domestic helpers
  • Maintain diaries meeting and appointment schedule
  • Prepare itinerary, air-ticket booking and travel arrangement
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Professional Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
