Job Description
Our client, a well-known company in industry, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
- Good understanding of Employees’ Compensation, Contractor’s All Risks and Motor Insurance Claims
- Familiar with the procedures regarding direct and pre-action settlement with claimants and claimants’ solicitor
- Ensure fast and fair settlement of claims from customers and the third party claimants with the pre-defined authority limit
- Deliver the highest level of consistent, quality claims services to customers and come across as knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented
- Ensure to make accurate claims reserving and regular review of the outstanding cases
- Claims document management including verification, indexing, reserving, payment and fillings etc
Requirements:
- Degree holder with relevant professional qualification such as ANZIIF (Senior Associate), ACII and related discipline preferred
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in handling general insurance claims
- Good technical and negotiation skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
