Job Description

Responsibilities
- Data entry in system and reply email in English
- Communicate with internal departments and external parties
- Handle customer's enquiry and solve problem
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE level / Diploma level
- 1 - 2 years' working experience in Documentation work / CS / Air logistic / Airline / Airport with overnight shift experience
- Candidate with Customer Service experience is preferred
- Good Chinese typing and English typing
- Good command of English and Mandarin
