Job Description

Responsibilities
- Monitor service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance
- Keep good relationships with vendors and monitor construction progress and performance
- Work with customer’s appointed designers on renovations
- Control work orders and tenant communication.
- Assign tasks to workers
- Plan and execute the company’s annual maintenance plan.
- Handle payments for contractors
- Monitor safety and health compliance.
- Assist in evaluation of quotation or tender
- Handle property surveys
- Provide report for the projects
Requirements
- High Diploma in Building Services
- Good knowledge and understanding of Electrical and Mechanical
- Able to speak fair English and good Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of the residential building Or remodel construction industry preferred
- 5 - 8 years’ relevant work experience in Building Service Or in renovation areas
- Proficient in Word and Excel
