Job Duties

• Manage day to day operations of CS Department and ensure service level and KPIs are met.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team and assure that all team members succeed in meeting individual performance goals and career goals.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and implement feasible improvement measures so to raise service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Streamline operating procedures, guidelines and policies, set up best practices for internal use.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience with 3 years in supervisory level
• With local market experience would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Well-versed in all MS Office applications
• Result orientated, excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
