Job Description
Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Duties
- Manage day to day operations of CS Department and ensure service level and KPIs are met.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team and assure that all team members succeed in meeting individual performance goals and career goals.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and implement feasible improvement measures so to raise service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Streamline operating procedures, guidelines and policies, set up best practices for internal use.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience with 3 years in supervisory level
- With local market experience would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Well-versed in all MS Office applications
- Result orientated, excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
