Job Description:

• Lead the Responsible Sourcing and Factory Compliance Audit teams in sustainability and compliance audit program implementation to APAC, EMEA and Americas suppliers
• Manage subordinate staff’s day-to-day performance and ensure department goals and project milestones are met
• Oversee the administration and transformation of supplier due diligence audit program
• Administer the supplier risk management program with assistance from regional Responsible Sourcing team members
• Manage service agreement, working relationship, timely and quality delivery of services provided by external service providers
• Deliver Key Performance Indicator reports to benchmark vendor Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance, support vendor selection decision and keep the management up to date of overall Responsible Sourcing activities
• Develop tools and trainings materials to support supplier capacity building and engagement in sustainability and social compliance topics
• Support the Responsible Sourcing and Global Sustainability organizations in long-term strategic plan development and execution
• Develop, maintain, and implement social compliance audit and supplier related CSR program policies and standards
• Engage external stakeholders (3rd party audit firms, NGOs and government organizations etc.) to monitor emerging trends, new government policies and drive changes and impacts to the environment, society and the governance model
• Grievance and complaint handling by supplier chain workers related to supplier’s non-conformity to the Brands’ terms of engagement

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Social and environmental studies
• 6 years’ experience social compliance audit, CSR and ESG development initiatives
• Deep understanding of responsible sourcing issues and their impacts
• Apparel / textile industry supply chain management experience
