Job Description
Our client is a well known manufacturing in Hong Kong To expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales process and follow-up with administrative tasks
- Receive Sales Order (SO) forms and input into ERP system
- Coordinate with cross functional team and suppliers for sample shipment arrangement
- Manage order fulfillment process by working closely with Sourcing, Sales, Logistics, DC, Finance etc
- Act as first contact point for customer complaints and issues
- Collect all documents required by customer for every order shipped out and send them to customer on a timely manner
- Inform customers and Sales Representative for any dispatch samples with tracking details and follow up good delivery with Courier Company if required.
Requirements:
- 2 year of work experience is preferable
- Passionate about food products and sales- driven
- Good negotiation skills and PC skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
