Job Description
To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Customer Services Team in Hong Kong:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers, suppliers and warehouse team
- Responsible for arranging inbound & outbound shipment for customers
- Answer customers' enquiries and handle complaints
- Maintain up-to-date record
- Handle pre-alert and general correspondence
Requirements:
- At least 2 years CS experience in Freight-Forwarder / Logistic Co. / 3PL
- Form 5 or above
- Good knowledge of general procedures of I/E documentation and custom declaration
- Proficiency in MS Office or SAP / WMS system
- Good command of English and Mandarin
