Design Manager

• Bringing strong product lines that are current, relevant and innovative to market;
• Keep up-to-date on the current market trends for the development of products
• Instill a sense of urgency and awareness of our timelines, pride and productivity in our development;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to perform the products optimization
• Explore new opportunity to increase our sales within our existing customer base;
• Required to travel for market research and sales meetings;
• Degree in Arts, graphic design, multimedia or related disciplines
• Min 10 years’ experience in Artificial flower, florist, seasonal or home décor products design
• Excellent sense of graphic design, colour matching, and expressive typography. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Proficiency in web design software tools is a must
• Knowledge of graphical tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is preferred
• Social media savvy (China domestic and aboard). Skills in producing short video clips for social media is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

Graphic Design Supervisor

• Responsible for designing, developing and executing florist, seasonal and home décor  products
• Manage design projects from research, concept sketching, sample making, model making and prototype follow up
• Understand client’s needs and propose ideas for achieving their objectives and goals
• Lead a small team in Shenzhen office
• Min. 5 years experience in Artificial flower, seasonal and home décor products design
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer

Product Designer

• Provide assistance to sourcing / product development team in developing seasonal and home decoratioin items
• Responsible in creating and developing product samples from concept to finished artwork
• Generate sketches, drawings and artworks
• Communicate between Sales teams and factories
• Diploma holder in graphics / product design
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Artificial flower, seasonal and home décor products design
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
