Job Description

To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Customer Services Team in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders and warehouse team
  • Answer customers' enquiries and handle complaints
  • Follow up shipment / delivery schedule
  • Maintain up-to-date record
  • Handle pre-alert and general correspondence

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years CS experience in Logistic Co. / Freight-Forwarder
  • Form 5 or above
  • Good knowledge of general procedures of I/E documentation and custom declaration
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and SAP / WMS system
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
