Job Description
To cope with their business expansion, our client, a Chinese Fashion Brand listed in HKEX, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following positions:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team throughout the product development process from design concept to pre-production stage.
- Report Executive Director on design & development plan, prototyping, product sales meeting information.
- Liaised closely with all departments in concern and factories to fully understand product, drive forward to achieve successful products delivery.
- Research and analyze trends for development of new season collections and provide market analysis periodically
Requirements:
- Overseas Degree in Fashion Design or Design related subject
- 6-8 years working experience of relevant experience in fashion footwear design;
- Strong sense for design, color, material & fashion with strong understanding of trends;
- Solid technical design skills
- Good team player, strong interpersonal, planning and organization skills;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Station in Guangzhou
