Responsibilities:  

• Supervise Laboratory Manager, Chemists and QA Manager for the execution of all laboratory testing construction raw material projects and activities.  
• Delivery of the laboratory tests is achieved in full compliance with the technical contract requirements and to the highest standards of quality.
• Responsibility for ensuring that all stages of construction are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and with best safety practices for the benefit of construction workers, the public, and staff all round.
• Responsible for developing new tasks, services and to expand the business scope of the laboratory;
• Drive account growth and improve account retention
• Responsible for productivity improvements 
• Occasional travel is required

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above
• A corporate member of HKIE or equivalent is required
• Familiar with ISO / IEC 17025 system & HOKLAS
• At least 10 years solid and relevant technical experience in constructive materials
•  Experience in China Market will be advantage
•  Knowledge on chemical testing will be advantage
•  Good leadership, communication and management skill
•  Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
