Description

To cope with their business expansion, our client, a Chinese Securities firm, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following positions:

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Investment Banking, work with the corporate finance team
  • Focus on deal sourcing, due diligence and execution of IPO and other financial advisory projects (mainly China market)
  • Build up good relationship with clients and maintain strong business network

Requirements:

  • With deal sourcing experience in China market
  • 2-3 projects for middle to large size of IPO experiences in last few years
  • Current holder of Responsible Officer & Principal licenses registered under SFC (Type 6)
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA / CFA
  • Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines
  • Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
  • Station Beijing / Shenzhen and frequent travel in required
