Job Description

To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidates to join the Clinic Operations Team in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations of all clinics
  • Handle manpower planning, forecasting and budgeting
  • Formulate the business strategic planning in order to achieve organizational goal
  • Handle data analysis and prepare various reports to the top management
  • Establish general policies & procedures for clinic operations
  • Delivery appropriate training program for clinical staff

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Biotechnological will be an advantage
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Biology or relevant disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as "Clinic Operations Manager"
