Description

To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidates to join the Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations of the kitchen
  • Purchasing of vegetable, meat, fish and food materials on every day
  • Cooking some kinds of Chinese Food
  • Provide lunch for 2 persons and dinner for 4-5 guests (if any)
  • Maintain the kitchen in a good condition (clean and tidy)

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in Chinese Restaurant or Hotel industry
  • Experience in Chinese Food (Guangdong or Chiuchow styled) is a MUST
  • Certificate of Catering Management
  • Good command of Cantonese
