To expand our client's business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist director in establishing and improving of policies, systems, programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant local standards as well as the requirements of Health & Safety Management System
- Take the lead of Environment, Health and Safety project and promote the Company’s EHS policies and market best practices in our workplaces and fleet operations.
- Design and execute Environment, Health and Safety activities including promotion, training, health assurance programs and personal protection programs to increase operations’ awareness on EHS subjects.
- Investigate the Environment, Health and Safety related incidents to determine root cause and propose corrective action plans and share knowledge with operations managers/ supervisors.
- Review and develop the associated procedures / guidelines .
- Conduct regular audit / inspection for office and site to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement appropriate action according to the required standards
- Handle incident, investigation and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide advice and technical supports in health and safety functions across the region
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Registered Safety Officer (RSO) is a must
- At least 5 years EHS related working experience in managerial position, preferably in manufacturing, food, logistic
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of EHS programs
- Good communication and presentation skills
